Resolved

On October 29th at roughly 9:30pm Eastern, Apply's database infrastructure encountered an error during an automatic restart. The error itself did not cause any data loss, only a service interruption, and service was restored to fully operational status within 40 minutes. The platform exited maintenance mode at ~10:10pm. This outage was unplanned, and our engineering team is looking to add mitigation to prevent this from reoccurring in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
